What is the truth in the manifestations of IT?

As adults, we can’t think IT is going to happen without input. IT, our growth, progress, and success are the manifestations of our dreams, thoughts, and actions. We no longer have the luxury of parental guidance. As we journey, we’ve had the mentors, coaches, and friends to add or subtract from our relationships…lessons. IT has traveled with us through our ups and downs, nagging at us with smoke-filled promises that our day will come. We ask ourselves, “When?”. IT answers, “You can do IT!”, never reminding us IT is within us, IT is us.

We are the one in the mirror, the one we set goals with, the one we disappoint or encourage. We are IT and without being fully committed we will never satisfy or fulfill our goals. We can attend seminars, workshops, classes and extract the best from our connections, coaches, and mentors, but without input, IT ain’t happening.

life, without the glamour and fireworks of success, seems too simple for IT. We want more. We want to have what IT takes. We want that overnight success; we know IT exists. What we don’t know is the time, energy, and effort, that sacrifice, the input IT requires.

If you seek to be IT, achieve IT, or fulfill your dreams of IT, you must be willing to do the work. Stay focused, willing to learn, put in the work. You can’t wait for IT, now is the time to realize you are IT.
