What we see in others matters. It can change their direction, hold them captive, entrap them, leave them to fight the negatives. What we see may be their fear of moving on or claiming what is the positives that they hold within... It matters.
What we see in others matters. When we speak on who they are, what we see, we need to stress what is and will be their best. We need to stress our belief in their elevation. Stressing we see that their best, through growth, is yet to come. It sits within their thoughts, it stirs their soul. It matters that we tell them that we have doubted the belief of others. We have feared to move on, based on the beliefs of others about us.
What we see in others matters. It can push a new belief within them. A reason to claim and believe what others see in their actions, thoughts, or their words. We often see the purpose that lies within, the new, the next of another before they see it within themselves.
What we see in others matters. Their better, their possibilities, tell them... speak on it again and again. Compliment their growth, their progress, their choices, tell them. Enlighten them, encourage them to believe in what you truly see rather then the whispers or rumors that hold them at bay.
Allow them to step into the encouraging words, repeating the positive. "You're doing well", "That was your best", "Embrace your direction", "I see you". Our voice may be the only positive whisper they hear... What we see in others... they need to know they have been seen.
If we are the voice for them, chosen to support, guide, and encourage... we must be willing to listen. Listen to them as they grow, as they re-direct themselves to become their best. We all have a purpose and following it, we fulfill their blessing and ours. Speak up, speak clearly, speak often, for the strengths they hold within are their best. Speaking on their best, releases your best... not the negatives, the positives.
Our belief in self and in others must be as strong as our belief in God... for He believes in us.
We must speak to another's purpose, their positive, as we recognize what must be understood, we matter... What we see in others, they too must see in us. It matters.
